In my opinion, drinking milk will not help with osteoporosis. From my experience, milk consumed that comes from a cow causes issues like more mucous production and digestive problems. We should not be drinking cows milk cause we don’t come from cows. That is why we produce our milk, and a lot of babies have digestive issues from consuming cows milk. Eating a lot of vegetables and fruits and less processed foods and eats will help your body thrive. Eating plant sources, which include leafy green veggies such as kale, bok choy, broccoli, cabbage, and watercress, to name a few, will give your body calcium. Milk has calcium from the cows eating the grass. It is better to consume the plants yourself. Alkalize your diet too, eating fruits will also help with your bone health. Daily exercise will maintain bone and muscle mass. The best source of vitamin D is the sun, and vitamin D will help with calcium absorption. In the jungle, the most prominent and most influential animal is the elephant, and he eats only plant-based foods. A lion, soon as he’s finished eating he goes to sleep cause his body has to work hard and process meat. (Lol) With all this being said, it is based on my experience, eating a plant-based diet is the best for me. I have more energy, and my body feels revitalized.
