There are 2 parts for you to complete. Please submit with 2 files.
First: the reflection paper with 1.5 page. I already uploaded the file below which is from the book.
you must submit a reflection (approx. 1/2 – 1 page). Use the information from the discussion to answer the “You Decide” at after the case (pg. 121)
You must reflect on whether you agree or disagree with the posing or supporting positions. It cannot say simply, “I agree” or “I disagree.” For points, you opinion must be supported by specifically cited references to the materials and the discussion from your classmates.
Upload here the Reflection Papers for the recitation in doc. or docx. No format requirements (font, etc.). There is no minimum or maximum length. But your grade is based on you providing a substantive reflection. A meaningful effort should be around 1/2 – 1pg (if single-spaced) for each case.
Any material you get from the book must be cited. No specific citing format is required.
second: I already upload the picture of the assigned questions
- Assignment 3, 5, 6, 7
Based on the fact patterns and law provided in these questions, you will identify the specificissue involved/being asked. We later will practice developing the best Issue Statement. But before we can build on that skill, we must practice reading, understanding, and focusing on the specific issue involved in a case.
Make sure to label your answer clearly so I know when you are answering each question.
There is no minimum or maximum length for your answer. The answer should be a written grammatically correct answer. But since you are graded not on the eloquence of the writing, but rather on properly identifying the issue involved, it should likely be around a sentence or two in length.
