You point out the relationship between high scores (in the MTBI) in some areas and being a good worker in some job categories. Do you think it is possible for companies to develop tests which will be more accurate so that the interview will become just a formality? The MTBI was first developed around 1944 and (updated over time) but is based on Jungian philosophy. So, it can be argued to be outdated.
