You may narrow the focus within sales management as you wish (i.e., type of sales management, ethics in sales management, motivating salespersons, etc.). Do not use non-peer reviewed or dated (older than 5-years) sources.

Discuss what you found out based upon your lit review. Provide your interpretation of what the findings from the scholarly studies mean.
Identify what organizations/sales managers can do to address the gaps and/or the sales management issues related to your lit review and discussion. Provide one or two calls for action.
Concluding your paper; remember to tie the conclusion back to your introduction.
